Current Projects in Progress
Cherish's Story
2020-2025
In the form of three acts and three books, Cherish's story is my most ambitious project yet- and my first! She was the first character to be made for this series, thus I kept her despite the Mary-Sue personality and all. Her story is a shift from a perfect princess to a broken teen. With themes of plenty, abuse is the main focus whether it be emotional or physical. Ah angst, what sweet sorrow.
Felix's Story
202-
Currently only a short story, Felix's story explores themes of changing oneself for the better. I've never understood why people cheat, or how they can justify it, so Felix is my attempt to understand how a person can make such an awful mistake, and how they can improve themselves. After all, I believe everyone is a good person, their experiences change them to be worse. So the real question is, what led him to make these choices?
Maya's Story
202-
Taking a more mature approach, Maya's story delves into themes of dealing with addictions and unrequited love. For people struggling with their romantic feelings, I wrote this character to try and relate to you. Though that isn't her only purpose, nor is it her purpose (she is her own person after all), but through writing her character, I'm hoping to understand what heartbreak can lead to and the journey to heal it.
Rosella's Story
202-
My personal favorite design, Rosella represents hard working people who never give up no matter what life hands them. She overcomes her hardships despite her disabilities and learns to balance her personal and work life. In writing her character, I wanted to research and understand the difficulties that come with being physically disabled (in her case, with prosthetics). I'm not sure if the focus of the story will be on her legs, or more so as she learns to not be so work dependent, but I suppose it'll come to me when I begin writing it.
Moxxie's Story
2025
This character is another favorite. Though a controversial theme, his story is about religion and manipulation. I don't want anyone to get any wrong ideas, I respect everyone's decision in terms of religion and personally don't talk about mine as I have no interest in recruiting or convincing people to leave their religion (Just to clarify, these books are FANTASY). Having said this, I find it interesting how there are so many different religions, so I wanted to try and incorporate this into a character, where they struggle to find a place they belong and thus end up in a bad place.
Echo's Story
202-
Yes, the little hybrid dragon that can't speak. How am I going to write a story about her? I'm not sure yet. Maybe a children's picture book series? Either way, Echo is my first animal creation, so I want to include her as much as possible, even if that means making her the mascot of the series in the future (which I thought of, but I'm unsure yet so for now it remains as bees). Anywho, Echo explores themes of growing up. Her story follows her from baby to adult, mostly focusing on her childhood where she struggles to want to grow up, not wanting responsibilities.
